Hey everyone! I've already got Mother's Day covered for celebrating with my mom, but things are a little trickier with my dad. I've been thinking about it and the thing that would make him the happiest would be if I spent the whole day training with him. He's a super strong martial artist and it's his favourite thing to do.

[Which will be a real labour of love. There's no way she'd willingly subject herself to anything close to what her father would consider a good amount of training on a regular basis.]

I've already been getting some training, but I've never gone all out and trained for a whole day straight.

[It's never appealed to her before. Not even remotely. Regular exercise is one thing, and dancing is fun. 8+ consecutive hours of intense training is something she'll need to work herself up to if she's going to be able to move the next day.]

So...I was hoping to find people that would be willing to spar with me. I want to get strong enough to protect little kids that get drafted and I want to make my dad's Father's Day really special. I'm pretty durable and I can fly, so you don't need to worry about me being too fragile to handle it.

[Isn't her daughter just adorable? It really warms her inside to see how much Bulla loves Vegeta, and she must do so because even without having raised her she already knows the child isn't the "train all day" type. The way Bulla is does nothing but hammer more and more the fact that the Vegeta she knows will eventually change, just a bit and for the better. It works even better than just being with him here, at least Bulma finds it easier to deal with.]

I can't help with making you better at fighting.

But I'm sure I can help you with improving your stamina and endurance. I know you already have lots of that, but I doubt you're on a level capable to train with your father the whole day without ending exhausted and bedridden for days due muscle ache.

I'm kind of grateful that the gravity in the Battle Dome only goes up to ten times Earth's gravity. At least that means training with Dad won't be as brutal as it could be.

[She laughs a bit at that, knowing full well that her mom is one of the only people who can really understand exactly what it could be like.]

Thank you, Saori. I wasn't that interested in training at first, but when I heard that the Malnosso sometimes take little kids...that's when I looked more seriously at it. And I thought it would be a good way to surprise Dad because it's the last thing he'd expect me to do.

It might not be much for someone with your potential, but I can teach you a few things that might help you last for a while against him if you can get it right.

I guess my dad's really got himself a reputation around here, huh? I'll probably be run ragged no matter what, but I think if I train a lot, I at least won't hurt for too many days after.

Yeah. I don't think I'm going to be able to move the day after Father's Day if I don't practice, and I did want to get a little stronger and maybe pick up a few new moves...

I'd always interested in more training partners. I know how to adjust to other people's paces too, since my sensei used to wake us up at four AM and we'd train until noon, with a one hour break, before we were back at it until six. [ Sounds vigorous. ] So, as a result, I've learned how to avoid burning out and pacing others.

Is your dad in Luceti?

Oh wow, sounds like you can handle training for a really long time! My dad is in Luceti...that's why I thought I'd ask here so I could surprise him for Father's Day. Have you ever met a guy named Vegeta?

[He seemed to have made somewhat of a reputation for himself, which doesn't surprise her. He's not an easily forgotten person.]

I don't really train beyond basic working out to stay fit, but I know it's what would make him the happiest.

Um...all of the above, really. My dad is incredibly strong, so I'm trying to work up to being able to train with him all day on Father's Day. He thinks that training at ten times Earth's gravity is too easy, if that helps give you an idea of how strong he is.
