Hey everyone! I've already got Mother's Day covered for celebrating with my mom, but things are a little trickier with my dad. I've been thinking about it and the thing that would make him the happiest would be if I spent the whole day training with him. He's a super strong martial artist and it's his favourite thing to do.

[Which will be a real labour of love. There's no way she'd willingly subject herself to anything close to what her father would consider a good amount of training on a regular basis.]

I've already been getting some training, but I've never gone all out and trained for a whole day straight.

[It's never appealed to her before. Not even remotely. Regular exercise is one thing, and dancing is fun. 8+ consecutive hours of intense training is something she'll need to work herself up to if she's going to be able to move the next day.]

So...I was hoping to find people that would be willing to spar with me. I want to get strong enough to protect little kids that get drafted and I want to make my dad's Father's Day really special. I'm pretty durable and I can fly, so you don't need to worry about me being too fragile to handle it.

[She smiles and waves.]

[Obviously. Saori waves a hand, calling her over.]

It's probably just the lighting, or, Konoha's color and my teammate's most frequently worn and referred to color is green, so they just kinda blur together in my mind. [ Regardless, Tenten is very interested in the shade of her hair! It's a very pretty shade! ]

...honestly, he might tell me to make it more interesting for himself, or if he decided to focus more on training and less on sparring.

[She's quite matter of fact about it, too. She isn't a challenging opponent for someone like her dad and she knows it.]

How about four o'clock in the afternoon the day after tomorrow?

[Jogging in place while talking to her is a little odd, but perhaps he's trying to keep his leg muscles warm to get in a good stretch later.]

I am. Thanks for asking. How are you, Lee?

Do you want to start with just doing a demonstration for each other? I'll show you flying and you can show me bending.

[And then they can decide if it's a powers sparring session or powers free.]

So you're kind of focused on the colour by accident, huh? How long have you had this hue fixation?

[She grins playfully at that.]

And that is all the more reason for you to stay sharp!

[And he fires again.]

[This time Bulla narrowly dodges. The little condensed paint capsule goes whizzing past her, missing her by less than a half-inch. This time, at least, she knows what Cliff is doing.]

[Bulla heads over and prepares to watch Saori's movements attentively. Moves like that would help her last in a sparring match against her father for sure. The more she can conserve her energy and make him work harder in the spar, the longer she'll last. She has no delusions about being a major challenge for him - not the way that Goku is. But perhaps if she fights smart, she can compensate for some of that big gap in skill and power. He won't go all out on her anyhow, but the more of a workout he gets, the happier he'll be. She knows this.]

So that's 4 on Monday, huh... alright! That's the time we'll go with!

[ YES. She grins and claps her hands together. ]

Yeah, show me your flying!

[Bulla concentrates for a second and then takes to the air. She circles around Korra a few feet of the ground before she gets an idea.]

Give me your hands and I'll fly you around a bit.

[ Bewildered, Korra steps closer, offering her hands. ]

Sure you can carry me?

Of course. You don't look heavy.

[Sure enough, Bulla grabs Korra's hands and pulls her up in the air so that her feet are just two feet from the ground. The motion is quite effortless, revealing some of the hidden strength in those skinny little arms of hers.]

[He fired off more in quick succession.]

C'mon, girlie. Let's pick it up!

[He gives another bit of agreement! And then he'll be there at the appointed time to be ready for the chance of sparring and stuff]

Oh, shut up! [ huffpuff. Tenten will refuse to answer this question directly. ] When you hear nothing but Konoha's very own green beasts, and see nothing but skintight green jumpsuits for your whole life and live your life in a city surrounded by a forest, everything just starts to look green.

Whoa! [ SERIOUSLY. She was not expecting that. Korra grins at the surprising show of strength as they hover in the air. ] That's incredible!

[Bulla tries not to laugh. She really does. But she can't quite help the giggle that escapes.]

Oh wow, talk about a green overdose. Well, I know what colour to not include in your thank you makeover.

[Bulla arrives just a couple of minutes before the appointed time. She's punctual, but not one to arrive early, either. Although with all of the training she's lining up, it's no wonder she values her downtime. The best part of training is getting herself cleaned up so that she looks and smells pretty again. A good meal to replenish some of her energy and relaxing activities like doing her nails also help in between.]

[Rin, for his part, is perpetually late. So while I said "appointed time" it's really more like "a minute or two late but who cares" And he shows up, tail wagging and a sword in its scabbard resting on his shoulder. He's looking around for the girl he was talking to the other day. And while there are some people in here, he doesn't immediately connect the glamorous looking girl over there with being Bulla based on the video. ...And then he looks again. Wait, she is?]

What sort of training were you looking for. Strength, agility? Something else?

What thank you makeover?! I don't need a makeover! I'm just fine the way I am! [ Tenten will not accept a makeover ever. These twinbuns are sacred to her. ]
