Don't suppose he's the kind of man who's a softy for his kids when it comes to training, is he? Maybe you can get him to at least take a long lunch break if you say you want to cook him something for lunch.

And just, take a very long time to make something simple. Like, I dunno, pasta or something. And don't forget to add the fact that you should let food settle after eating and not rush back into things!
