To make it even worse, you can't even protect your chest with your arms if the ball comes flying at it. So you get something that's maybe muddy and grassy coming at a very sensitive place, and you're not supposed to knock it away with your hands? Ugh! I'd take martial arts training over soccer any day, and I'm not even that into it.
